[mythtv-users] Mytharchive problems

I do not know if i remember correct, but i think i had once a problem
with a nubbel video.

This path does not look correct. Only newer versions recording to *.mpg
use %CHANID%_%STARTTIMEISO%.mpg older mythtv versions are using %CHANID%
_%STARTTIMEISO%_%ENDTIMEISO%.nuv. I do not know if this is the same when
using ff recording cards like pvr. But it does find the video and
audio... so nothing to worry about (maybe).

Newer versions of mythtv like revision ~ (current svn)-300 made me
really unhappy, because of problems with the filetype. With this i was
not able to use mytharchive without manual fixing filetype of the
recording. e.g. with mencoder -ovc copy -oac copy -of mpeg -o output.mpg
input.mpeg

This should not be so easy as you are using mpeg4 and not mpeg2. 
It should not be filetype "TeX Font Data" or any other no video
filetype.
