Before going that far, check to see if you notice any issues with the 
field length of the seriesid and programid fields as mentioned by Oscar 
Carlsson ( 
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/dev/180896#180896 ).  If 
you don't see problems there, you probably don't need to waste time 
rebuilding your database.

Also, you might want to read Bruce Markey's reply carefully to see how 
programid changes duplicate detection ( 
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/dev/180855#180855 ).  It's 
possible (although unlikely) you may be getting invalid data.
