You probably have a filter set on Watch Recordings.  From that screen, 
hit Menu and confirm that you are not filtering at all by setting the 
group view to All Programs and make sure the Filter also is set to All 
Programs. 

MPEG-4 recordings are stored in the NuppleVideo container which uses a 
.nuv extension. 

Recordings are stored in the recorded table.
