[mythtv-users] 0.19 Mythweb PATH_INFO undefined index

These errors appear from time to time in my /var/log/httpd/error_log.  I notice
it most when I try to change the sort in the listings or search results from
the default.  Needless to say, the sort never works.  Is there a setting or
something I should tweak to fix this?  I followed the README mods for the
.htaccess file.  Maybe I'm missing something.  

Here is the line from .htaccess that mentions PATH_INFO:
    RewriteRule     ^([\w\-]+(/.*)?)?$      mythweb.php?PATH_INFO=/$1   [L,QSA]

Here is the error:
