Hmm... thanks for the help. It seems somthing's working, but not exactly how
it should I imagine...
http://localhost/mythweb/mythweb.php:
[ms۸|8vZwi'kϑI6˜uK5
I)%@).^((FQ:-dbw]<oL뛟G}ݾ%~}O$8ax31ga꧀
s0\V竧"_¹Z$BrXeh<<"W
޳$F
j~&_C#:2z(A?g_HL=f,
m(QiI4djP:(<:a4򏁭ML'•kC-ǨZOSs`AAγt|\
...And so on.
So far I have, in httpd.conf:
# forbid access to the entire filesystem by default
<Directory />
Options None
AllowOverride None
Order deny,allow
Deny from all
</Directory>
with the following at the very end of the file
<Directory /srv/www/htdocs/mythweb>
Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride All
</Directory>
.htaccess in the mythtv folder has rewritebase uncomented:
# from externally. If you do not, the web server will return 'not found'.
eg.
RewriteBase /mythweb
/etc/sysconfig/apache has:
APACHE_MODULES="access actions alias auth auth_dbm autoindex cgi dir env
expires include log_config mime negotiation setenvif ssl suexec userdir php4
php5 rewrite"
and now my php info script shows mod_rewrite loaded from the apache2handler.
And I cleared the cache. (And restarted the apache2 daemon a few times).
Sooo... any more ideas? And does the previous look correct as it is?
Christopher
