[mythtv-users] mythppv.com php script

Here's an improved version of the perl script at mythppv.com for php5. 
It may work with php4 but I doubt it. I have a bunch more things like 
this I wrote for myth if this is the place to post them.

btw. I emailed this to mythppv some time ago but never got a response.
