Somewhere way up there, you replied "Gmail is the bomb", but evidently it
still isn't smart enough to prevent people from sending out 8000+ byte emails
just to say 4 words, or maybe that's just the way you have it configured.
The user you are replying to up above is just as bad, with a .sig that is
just about as long as his content (and longer than content in other posts I've
seen).
Compare that to this pine user's reply to the same email:
