I'm running 0.2.0-rc3f on my FC2/PVR350 master backend (still haven't
gotten around to upgrading the box to FC4 as there's too much in the
recording schedules!) I subscribe to the same principle, so I'll
likely wait until stable 0.19.1 or 0.20 is released and LiveTV
problems are sorted and DVB-radio is included.
I use ivtv 0.4.x series on my SBE with a PVR150, but you'll see
frequent mentions of issues with this combo (I have problems with
audio in LiveTV after switching channels, but recordings are OK). The
other big area I am interested in (with a mix of 3 DVB and 2 ivtv
cards) is how successfully ivtv and DVB are merged into the mainline
kernel to get them playing nicely with each other. They're in
transition now and the fun to be had getting the correct combination
of aliases for modules working is well documented.
