Yeah, but why burn CPU if you don't have to? I don't have any HD 
content, so I can't vouch for
XvMC with HD, but with 0.19 XvMC works EXCELLENT on my machine. Color 
OSD, no flicker,
no stutter during playback/ff/rw. And I gain a few extra percent idle 
CPU. I really can't complain. It's
perfect.
