So, if you are using a cron now, and want to help reduce loads on Zap2it,
then turn on the option that tells mythbackend to run mythfilldatabase
itself.  The setting to honor the next suggested time is turned ON by
default, so when you enable Myth's housekeeper thread to run
mythfilldatabase, then you'll automatically be honoring Zap2it's
next suggested download time unless you previously changed the "honor
next suggested download time" setting.
