Mplayer works fine. If i belive the german
Wikipedia libavcodec supports matroska.

I didnt try CVS but ffmpeg-0.4.9-4.pm.cvs20060201.
ffplay works fine but seeking doesnt work. Switching audiotracks works
(sometimes), Subtitles doesn't.
