[mythtv-users] Xbox frontend really slow, video only updates every few seconds

This might be totally unrelated...
My XBOX with Xebian 1.1.4 and pre-built Myth exhibts a similar every few
seconds stutter.
Interestingly, I found that if I was running another frontend process the
stuttering would stop. After a little more playing I found that any network
activity to the backend server would stop the stuttering. Before I had a
chance to explore the networking problem, I moved over to XBMC. XBMC works
great, so I assumed this was not a network hardware problem, but possibly a
software network issue (as XBMC uses SMB shares instead of Myth based
streaming) I have been planning on rebuilding the server, so was going to
wait until after that was done to explore this more.
I would be interested to see if you see the same behavior.
Thanks
Todd
