[mythtv-users] Database upgrade fails from 0.18.1 to 0.19

I don't have a settings table in my backup file, the closest I have a is 
'mamesettings' table.  Is a settings table part of the database schema for 
0.18.1?  Otherwise I don't know why I wouldn't have it.
