If downloads are over a week long, it doesn't matter much to me about
when I download. It's only when it is a short period that it matters.

When I intially configuring my server, I download several times in one
day, but since then it has never been more than twice (once manually,
once automatically) and usually just the one automatic downoad.

Yes, another thank you from here!
And as was mentioned elsewhere, I would be good with a limited number of
daily downloads, too, if that helps deal with load problems.
