I've seen this also. Looking thru the list it seems that the setting
was moved to the 'playgroup'.  There was some trouble moving the
settings over with the schema upgrade so it was left out.  Looks like
the host-specific settings (possibly many if you have multiple
frontends) didn't map directly into a single default playgroup.
