[mythtv-users] Upgrading to 0.19 on fedora

Ok, looks like all I needed to do was change the release tag..  These 
should work fine for .19 release now.

Basic instructions for use are to install the atrpms .18 src.rpm 
packages (to get at the extra source files), and then build these specs 
against the .19 tarballs.
