The current system works perfect after some tweaking, but I am concerned about its energy usage (it runs moreover 24/7).

My M9000 (933Mhz, slower than the MII-10000, which if I'm not wrong also has a SSE-enabled CPU) with a DVB-S card works
almost flawlessly. Just recently (latest SVN revisions) I'm experiencing some (minor) degree of stuttering in LiveTV,
but I suppose it can also depend on the recent makeover LiveTV went under, and I'm quite optimistic for what it concerns
the 0.19 release. Anyway it used to work without a hitch with older SVN revisions, so the hardware is definitely there.
But, I repeat, this is with a DVB-S card.

Bye
