Yep, mine changed early in January, but that didn't coincide with my
recent routing problems.

I wondered about that too.  However, I emailed Zap2It and they've told
me that they haven't intentionally blacklisted my IP.  In fact, the
Zap2It forums show that this problem is sporadically affecting others
(who are not in the Lower Mainland), and the Zap2It response indicated
they had a ticket open on the issue.

I emailed Shaw, and have yet to get a response.

My intermediate solution has been to setup a proxy server at work and
route mythfilldatabase through the proxy ... but that's a sub-optimal
solution.
