Start "mythtv-setup", choose not to delete card/channel-settings, go to 
"edit channel settings" (don't remember exactly, as i use the german 
version, but it is the last entry in the menu). select the channel you 
want to change settings for and go to the 2nd page of the channel-setup.
There are all picture controls.
