or use the trunk versions at ATrpms: http://atrpms.net/name/mythtv-trunk/
(but it makes sense to still use the same backend and frontend,
e.g. if you use the above packages on the frontends also use the
packaged backend. If you use compiled versions somewhere, use compiled
(from exactly the same sources) everywhere.
