VMWare can not make your "actual" PCI hardware devices available to the
GUEST OSes so using Windows as the HOST for VMWare and linux as your
GUEST for the MythTV Backend will not work.

things that you want:
1. Run a MythTV backend on your shiny new machine
2. Run Windows Xp for some things you require
3. Do this all at the same time
