I was getting bad page states from mythfrontend when running under
kernel 2.6.15 (installed  from source on debian sid/athlon 2600).  The
problem seems resolved now that I have updated to 2.6.19.

I could reproduce these errors when leaving mythvideo, but would also
get them at other times.  I don't know that I ever locked the box with
these errors though.  I seem to recall that others noted similar
errors & found a newer kernel helped.  Then again, edgy should have
the 2.6.17 kernel, so I'm somewhat surprised that you're having these
problems - perhaps they're not related...
