[mythtv-users] FireWire HD capture used to work, but now it doesn't

All I did was move across town. I have the same SA3250HD at this location as
at the old one. The hardware and software config of my MythTV box is
unchanged. Capture of non-HD digital cable channels still works, but now I get
lots of these in dmesg output when HD capture is running, whether with
test-mpeg2 or with mythbackend:

ohci1394: fw-host0: IR DMA error - OHCI error code 0x1d

I had been running gentoo-sources-2.6.18-r3. A change to
gentoo-sources-2.6.19-r2 didn't change anything.

What would cause these errors to start happening now? I had to get the cable
box reauthorized when I set it up; could a firmware change have come in with
that that would break FireWire output?
