[mythtv-users] Cdrom detection

Are there any CLI programs out there that can detect
whether the cdrom tray is open or closed and possibly
what kind of media is in the tray?

Or maybe there is just a file in proc that I can
examine to find this information? I looked around and
didn't see anything.
