I've been using the BTC 9019URF for a while:

I don't recall what range is specified for it, but it works at more than the
4-6' specified for most RF keyboards. Mine is about 12' from the recliner to
the receiver, and I've never had connectivity problems. The thumb-operated
joystick can be switched between use as a pointing device and use as a
joystick; as long as joystick support is compiled into your kernel, you can use
it with games and such. I suspect the buttons across the top could be made to
work by tweaking xmodmap or whatever, but I've not gotten around to doing that.
