[mythtv-users] Sound issues with the pcHDTV 5500 analog tuner

Thanks for that. I went ahead and grabbed dvb-v4l driver tarball (I'm
running the 2.6.18rc5 kernel, which is based on 2.6.17, of course) as well
as the new atsc-tools for kernel 2.6.18, compiled and installed them.
This fixed the known signal-strength display bug, but I still can't scan
in the low channels. As it's trying to scan the low channels (on the dvb
side), it sees a high signal strength for these channels, but can't get a
lock. On the v4l side - it still sits and doesn't scan at all.
