[mythtv-users] Offset all recordings by a few minutes

No need to mess with ntp as there is a feature in MythTV where you can
set global start early or finish late settings (well I think it can do
both). This has been in MythTV for quite some time. It's somewhere in
the setup pages, but I can't remember where or whether you need to run
mythtvsetup or not. If you search through all the setup screens you'll
find it.

FYI, you can also set this for each individual recording when you set
up the recording rules so different programs can start/finish at
different offsets.
