Component is analog.
DVI and HDMI are both digital. However, only HDMI supports HDCP, which
(will eventually) be required for HD-DVD and Blue-Ray. As Linux
doesn't support HDCP (Yet), this is a non-issue for Myth, so DVI and
HDMI are essentially equivalent. However, most video cards have a DVI
output, and to connect to HDMI requires an adaptor.
