Well, there are a number of Unichrome chipsets that are capable of doing
XvMC-accelerated decoding of HD MPEG2. However, you need to make sure you
get the right chipset. See here:

Specifically, the Unichrome Group B chipsets can do up to 2048x2048.
MPEG4, OTOH, is a totally different story. I'd be quite surprised if any
EPIA could do realtime decode of HD MPEG4. A 1.2 Ghz (which is where I
believe the C7 currently tops out) simply isn't enough, AFAIK.
