[mythtv-users] How do I change the default 60mins setting when I press the R key while watching a channel ???

I had the same issue.  Nick Morrott finally helped me
solve it in another thread.  In the Mythtv-setup under
the Input Connections for Composite. place '/bin/true'
in the box labeled 'External Channel Change Command'. 
This fixed the manual scheduling for me.
