I live in Perth, but I use the Aus community-based tv guide (see 
http://minnie.tuhs.org/tivo-bin/tvguide.pl). Since they have guide data 
for Perth, all I had to do was update the relevant timezone data, i.e. 
/usr/share/zoneinfo/Australia/Perth. (See http://matt.ucc.asn.au/time/.) 
No other changes necessary - plus the time changes for the 3 years of 
the daylight savings trial are now encoded... (I rebooted just to be sure).

However, I do have one problem - MythWeb still reports the old time, 
even though MythFrontend reports the correct time. Anyone know why?
