Hi,

There is a solution for doing this.

There is a little program named Jail which jail the mouse on 1 one screen.
(http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Dual_Monitors#Mouse_Jail:_How_to_lock_your_mouse_in_the_monitor)

For the focus problem, you must patch mythfrontend.
