You know, this is something I have been wishing for for a while. As  
far as I'm aware, no. 169time might have one or two modified STBs,  
but I don't think they'll work for you.

However, I have been informed that most HD digital streams have sub- 
channels that are available in 480p. I haven't tested this myself  
(I'm really quite cheap), but it sounds hopeful. Just pray you don't  
run into 5C encryption.
