Is that 08:16 your local time or UTC?  The problem could be exactly 
what it seems - the system is busy because you're connecting at the 
same time as a lot of other people.  Try changing your update 
schedule to the middle of the day or use a randomizer in your cron 
entry.  If you're running version 0.19 or later you should enable 
the MythTV feature that allows Zap2It to specify the next download 
window based on their own usage analysis.
