[mythtv-users] Permanent A/V sync setting?

I have a minor A/V sync issue probably due to my TV/audio receiver setup (DLP TV, spdif sound).  I've found that if I adjust the sound sync to 150ms it's perfect for all my recordings.  Is there a DB setting that will make this offset permanent?  I've gone through all the settings menus and documentation to no avail.
