FWIW, In my area (and I assume others), ESPN2HD is a fairly recent addition
to the Comcast HD lineup.  They added it earlier this year--right before the
NBA playoffs.

Back when I was playing with HD with my DCT-6200 last year, ESPN was also
5C'd.  I recall reading on the list that they removed the restriction
earlier this year on it.  Maybe it will take them a while?
