[mythtv-users] About to buy a tuner card that isn't well discussed, thoughts?

Currently unsupported.

In Anandtech's review of the newer ATI Theater 650 chip, they compare
the older Theater 550 to a Haupppauge 250/350/500 in terms of quality,
so unless you want to wait for Linux support for the ATI Theater 550,
I'd suggest looking at a Hauppauge PVR-150/250/500 card which all have
hardware MPEG2 encoding and have maturing Linux drivers by way of the
IVTV project.
