[mythtv-users] lirc_i2c module not found?

Hey,
well I did a reinstall of my system, and Im having trouble with my remote!
Even though I installed the lirc package, there seems to be something
missing.

When Im trying to load up the lirc_i2c module ( # /sbin/modprobe lirc_i2c) ,
i get the error module lirc_i2c not found.
So afterwards when trying to load up everything ( /usr/bin/irw) i get
connection refused...

Im somehow thinking that theres something wrong with my modprobe.conf thats
why im posting it here:

lirc_i2c

help would be appreciated.
