Perhaps

Enable OpenGL vertical sync for timing
If it is supported by your hardware/drivers, MythTV will use OpenGL 
vertical syncing for video timing, reducing frame jitter.

and

Use video as timebase
Use the video as the timebase and warp the audio to keep it in sync. 
(Experimental)

both in "General playback" (first page of Playback settings).
