[mythtv-users] Program Info Flag for Preserve Episode

Ok, I have a working patch and the Autobahn no-limit icon.  I didn't
patch every theme out there, but I confirmed that this works for me.
I'm not sure why the front-end has code to query the database directly
for the program flags - it doesn't seem to use it as the backend seems
to do the querying.  I patched both just in case, but a dev might want
to look at that.

I'll probably go ahead and email these to -dev as well.
