One problem with this color-coding scheme is that you don't know if
the contents of the paragraph are applicable to only the colored
version.  Perhaps the more obtrusive method of coding paragraphs with
version codes.  Each section would list the versions it's applicable
to (e.g. 0.18, 0.19).  I'd expect that to get painful, but it's a
thought...
