[mythtv-users] Transcoded files playing well in Linux machine but lagging on Windows machine?

How did you transcode the files? What command and command line
parameters. What is your source? What codecs did you choose for
transcoding?

Provide more details otherwise nobody can guess what you did and what
you want to achieve.
