[mythtv-users] live tv works, recording doesn't

I don't think I've seen quite this same problem mentioned before (but of
course I could be wrong :-)

I installed a new box via AT rpms with mythtv-suite-0.19, FC5, ivtv,
with a Pentium 4 processor (slightly faster than my old one) and an
ASUSP4P800-E motherboard (same motherboard on my other system that used
to be my master backend). My tuner card is a PVR-500.

Like many people, I wanted to preserve my list of current recordings and
my recording rules, so I dumped out the database, then imported the
whole thing in to the new machine, after changing all occurrences of the
old host name to the new. Almost everything works. The guide looks good,
the list of upcoming recordings looks good, Live TV works. But
recordings don't work. What shows in the mythbackend.log is:

Starting up as the master server.
2006-04-18 19:51:59.201 New DB connection, total: 2
2006-04-18 19:51:59.202 Connected to database 'mythconverg' at host:
localhost

                        while setting input (v4l v2)

2006-04-18 19:51:59.218 Channel(/dev/video0) Error:

                        while setting input (v4l v2)
                        eno: Invalid argument (22)
2006-04-18 19:51:59.224 ChannelBase: Could not find input: Tuner 1 on
card when
setting channel 73

Anybody have a clue what I might need to do get recordings to work?

Thank you,
--Greg
