You will lose the explicit "use the PVR-350 TV-Out" option in myth setup, 
essentially.  If you didn't know about it, and haven't it turned on, then -- 
guess what? -- you're not really using the MPEG decoder now, you're just 
running X on PVR-350's TV-Out framebuffer, which should continue to work 
fine.
