And that would be true if logic prevailed and the marketing guys hadn't 
had their way with AMD PR ratings.  :)

AMD Athlon 64 3800+ runs at 2400MHz with 128KB L1 and 512KB L2
AMD Athlon X2 3800+ runs at 2000MHz with 2x128KB L1 and 2x512KB L2

You've got to get an AMD Athlon X2 4800+ to get 2x2400MHz (and, you get 
2x128KB L1 and 2x1MB L2).
