[mythtv-users] My pvr-250 thinks it's a radio??

I seem to remember when I was setting up my PVR-350 some documentation 
said that it needed to be in either the 1st or 2nd PCI slot.  I don't 
know if this is relevant for your case, or for PVR-250's in general, but 
I thought that I would mention it.
