[mythtv-users] rewind amount not correct

Playback groups, not recording groups.

The old setting was not removed from the database, so changing it has no 
effect whatsoever.  That's why you should change settings from within 
the frontend settings/mythtv-setup applications--when doing so, you know 
you're changing a real setting.
