[mythtv-users] Mythburn and Mythtv 019!

I have searched the lists and cannot find a solution to this problem.

I did the install of Mythburn on Mythtv019 and Fedora 4, the projectx
starts from the command line and all of the installation went without
error.  When I click on the Mythburn on the Mythweb front page it just
sits there and never does anything, not even time out (450 seconds
waiting) the browser.  The only error I have found is in the httpd
error_log and it follows:

PHP Notice:  Undefined index:  PATH_INFO in /var/www/html/mythweb/
includes/init.php on line 37, referer: http://mythtv.local.net/tv/upcoming

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
