MythDVD definitely uses a case-insensitive comparison.  MythVideo 
doesn't seem to explicitly look for "Internal" (in any case).  Perhaps 
it works for John in MythDVD because of the case-insensitive comparison 
and not in MythVideo because it's not "corrected" for the user.
