All,
I removed the ConnectedMonitor option under my main CRT and the second
screen (Screen 1) came up.
So, you might try that if your second SVIDEO/TV screen isn't coming up.

Now another problem, even though I have a 640x480 modeline for my TV
display, it is going to 1024x768. Gotta figure out why this is happening.
I'll report back if I find the solution. Again the xorg.conf has worked
fine on v7676 of the nvidia drivers. Maybe the new 8756 (or any after
7676) is more strict with the xorg.conf options.
